Coaching is designed around meeting competitive rider's requirements through focusing on both horse and rider development.
The provision of experienced coaches, who are also experienced competitors, can help you develop individual training strategies in order to further develop both horse and rider skills. Particular training needs are designed around horse and rider's specific requirements in order to improve and maximise performance on a long term basis.
Every "little" accomplishment is a direct result of hard work and dedication to a structured program. Riders are expected to give a 100% effort during a lesson. Results will follow effort and dedication.
Laurie and the team endeavour to make themselves available to their students at competitions to assist with preparation, 'walking the course' or to debrief after the event.
Lessons are either private or in a shared situation. In order to maximise coaching benefits in a shared lesson situation, both the horse and riders should be equally matched in their current level of training.
